Guest guest
My son is doing well with Diflucan. We tried a lot of GSE and biotin before, but couldn't get a high enough dosage into him to really get at it. ----- Receiving the following content ----- From: rsrosenbaum Receiver: Time: 2010-11-03, 14:22:39 Subject: never ending yeast >What medicine/supplements do people feel are the best to treating yeast? > > > >------------------------------------ > >
Guest guest
We use enzymes (Candex), No Fenol and Biotin. If it gets too bad we add some GSE. Guest guest
I've also just introduced biotin - what sort of a dose do you need? Guest guest
We do 30 mg, but we also have oxalate issues and its very helpful there, so you may not need to go anywhere near that high. Id start at a miligram or less and work up from there. Guest guest
> What medicine/supplements do people feel are the best to treating yeast? At my house, what worked best was the combination of biotin and GSE. More ideas here http://www.danasview.net/yeast.htm Dana
Guest guest
We started classical homeopathy a little over a month ago and for the first time in 2 years, we've been able to remove all probiotics and antifungals and are seeing firm poop. When we have a flare, his constitutional remedy is dosed more frequently and takes care of it. > > What medicine/supplements do people feel are the best to treating yeast? >
Guest guest
Excuse me please, but how did you happen to decide on homeopathy and what kind of doctor did you look for? Guest guest
We tried homotoxicology (combination homeopathic remedies) before classical. He responded to it right away, but then yeast got out of control and I didn't have a good protocol in place so we stopped. I was so impressed with the initial results I began looking at classical which only uses one remedy. I kept reading about Pierre Fontaine in posts on different groups and on Recovering.com and thought he was the homeopath to consult with based on his evergrowing experience and success with kids on the spectrum. I would say this is going to be a journey with ups and downs as we begin to peel away layers, but I'm very happy with what we are seeing. The constitutional remedy is specific to the person as is dosing. > > > > What medicine/supplements do people feel are the best to treating yeast? > > > > > > > > > > > > > >
