Guest guest
DS uses No Fenol for his salicylate intolerance with great success. The only natural foods he still has a salicylate problem with are nuts. So I'm wondering whether coconut is likely to cause the same reaction (in his case, ADHD-like behaviours)? I know that coconut is quite different to tree nuts in composition and that a nut allergy won't be triggered by coconuts, but that's to do with the proteins. I haven't been able to find any info on1/ why DS would react to some natural sals and not others while using No Fenol 2/ whether coconut is likely to casue the same problem. I would love to hear a technical explanation as well as anecdotal reports Thanks, Jen Mum to DS9: SPD, ADHD?, undermethylator, food intolerances DD6: pyroluria, candida
Guest guest
Regarding the questions on coconut, I recommend that you query the folks at coconut oil open forum. It's a very active group with some fairly knowledgeable people. Coconut Oil/?yguid=260502182 > > DS uses No Fenol for his salicylate intolerance with great success.
