Guest guest Posted June 8, 2010 Report Share Posted June 8, 2010 Beware if you have too much omega 6 in diet then they will utilize the enzyme to break down omega 6 and not the omega 3. My son had a issue converting fish oils...I think back and wonder if the fake butter(all veg oil) was throwing off the 6 to 3 ratio. I added probiotics which creates more enzymes and no more conversion issue...I have since switched to butter....
