Beware if you have too much omega 6 in diet then they will utilize the enzyme to

break down omega 6 and not the omega 3.  My son had a issue converting fish

oils...I think back and wonder if the fake butter(all veg oil) was throwing off

the 6 to 3 ratio.  I added probiotics which creates more enzymes and no more

conversion issue...I have since switched to butter....

I would think any amount of Omegas would be a good thing, but higher EPAs should

equate to better focus. Also, better quality Omegas (Norway products are

generally considered the best) that come from cleaner fish & the final product

has been well filtered for heavy metals, etc should also give you better

results.

I give her one cap of culturelle daily. Leia always seems to have stomach
