Foul smelling urine and BMs

Hello - hoping someone can help.

I just started my son on TriEnza, and noticed his urine and BMs have a

very strong foul odor.

He was on Peptizide, V Gest and No Fenol prior to the TriEnza - I just

switched because I thought it'd be easier.

Any thoughts? Thanks!
