VERY bloated/ swollen belly and constipation since enzymes

my daughter has been using enzymes for about a month. She is CF but

not GF since enzymes. She was very constipated and we started Miralax

again which is helping but her stomach is still sooooo hard and sooooo

swollen. What can I do immediately to help her belly and what should

I be doing ongoing to control it?

Also, can someone just tell me WHICH magnesium to give her/ what

exactly will the bottle say?

Miralax can cause problems. It is good you are trying to address the

underying cause

Yeast overgrowth can cause constipation. So can certain foods,

certain supps, and a few other things. I have ideas on my

constipation page above.

I have used citrate and oxide. Some people believe citrate is better

absorbed, so you can try that.

My friend's son had this symptom. She stopped enzyme, started GFCF diet and

anit-yeast. The symptom is gone. Then the boy was test to have celiac. Aparently

he needs GFCF diet, and can't have enzymes.
