Are you on a specific diet? We also have a lot of trouble with starches and

sugars, so we will give the Kirkman enzyme a try.Thanks.

We have found that Kirkman Maximum Spectrum Enzyme Complete/DPP-IV Fruit Free

w/Isogest works very, very well in our house. I think Krkiman promotes theirs to

be one of the strongest on the market.We have a myriad of food issues,

especially with starches and sugars, so this product addresses all those for us.

Other folks like other enzymes.
