Guest guest
I think this sounds like anxiety and yes yeast overgrowth or die off can cause this. I think this can also happen if you have yeast overgrowth and leaky gut and you eat foods that you are overly sensitive to. Do you feel like this after certain foods? Have you started anti-yeast treatments? For me after I started the diet and supplements I felt worse than ever for about 2-3 weeks and then gradually better and calmer. Good luck. Guest guest
Yes, yeast die-off can cause meltdowns. But leaving the yeast alone can also lead to meltdowns. We use No-Fenol a the same time to help manage the after effects. We use 4 at a time when it's really bad. Re: Complete meltdown! Guest guest
We dose them at the same time, although we don't use Nystatin. The No-Fenol helps breakdown and sweep out all the gunk that is being attacked. Re: Re: Complete meltdown! Yes, yeast die-off can cause meltdowns.
