I think added Vitamin E is usually soy. The vitamin E is added as an

anti-oxidant (I think) so it will be hard to find without it

We do Kirkman Labs Vit E, hypoallergenic. He has a peanut allergy and soy and

peanut are his worst allergens. He does just fine on it, no issues.

Any recommendations for an EFA without soy? I've used nordic naturals before

and liked it, but my kids don't tolerate soy. Thanks

Kirkman's makes a cod liver oil without soy. You could also try Green pastures

when I asked about the fermented cod lier oil they said it had no soy.
