Essential oils with or without enzymes?

Since my post a few days ago regarding lack of sleep, we have adjusted

my sons vitamins & minerals, used melatonin & made several other

adjustments based on the suggestions offered here. For the first time

in weeks, my son is asleep by 10pm!! Not perfect, but much better

today!!!

I have a question which is somewhat related. We use Essential Oils

(Cod Liver, Borage, Primrose etc) for all of our family. What is the

best time to take these (time or day, with meals etc.) Also should my

children be taking their Oils at the same time as the Vitalzymes or

Serenaid or should we not give both together? Can this affect

digestion or sleep?

They can cause " awake " issues, so best to give in the morning or early

afternoon.

Should be okay.
