Guest guest
Overall Houston Enzymes have good reputation and recommendation. Check their website, they have a product chart for the list of the enzymes they carry and you can decide looking at it. Probiotics are very good. They are required to take care of good gut flora. We use Klaire's Therbiotic Complete and Klaire's Factor 4. Hoep this helps! Miralax can be nasty http://www.danasview.net/miralax.htm Try finding the underlying cause and address it as soon as you can. At my house, magnesium and yeast control were required. More ideas here http://www.danasview.net/constip.htm > So, with this info, does Trienza, probiotics and Candida Clear sound > like a good start?
