Guest guest
I was wondering if one suspected heavy metals as a problem and also knew foods were a big problem, would it be better to do the enzymes first before pursuing the heavy metals? Would there be any downside or danger to doing that? What if one had to increase the enzymes very slowly due to being very sensitive to change and it would take months to get to the full dosage, would it still be better to do it first before starting the metals? I notice in DeFelice's book, she suggests doing enzymes first and that it might take care of a lot of other problems. But I've also heard those who emphasize the heavy metals say that getting rid of those took care of a lot of food sensitivities.
