9 year old diagnosed with PDD NOS and ADHD getting worse

Hello,

I just have another question, my grandson has for the second day wet his pants,

the school just called his mother to come and pick him up because he peed in his

pants.  He did that this morning while in his pajamas.  He has never done this

before yesterday, he was in a restaurant.  What causes this, He is taking

supplements and is on Concerta and Paxil..

Please help me help my daughter understand.  She thinks it is a behavior issue. 

She is very upset.  He takes magnesium, biotin, vitamin B6, and many other, also

he takes Omega-Cure.

Help please.
