Guest guest
Does anyone have any advice for helping with nightime tooth grinding? My daughter has made amazing strides over the past year with her behavior, but she has just started grinding her teeth and I am starting to get pretty worried about her dental health. We started pantothenic acid, calcium, and magnesium supplementation (all of which are supposed to help with teeth grinding), but the problem has not gone away. Any tips? Guest guest
For us it's a yeast/sugar issue. So, we treat with GSE, No Fenol and Candidase in the morning and at night. 10 drops of GSE at each dose was what finally did the trick, unless she has had dessert after dinner or a sweet treat during the day, then we up the No Fenol.
