Can enzymes help Fibromalgia pain?

Hi,

I've had Fibro for 20 years. The things that helped the most were dramatically

changing my diet (no gluten, or very special treats, and the only dairy I have

is the cream in my coffee). I also went on a raw diet for a few months, it

helped A LOT! And I took malic acid and enzymes. I think the enzymes reduce the

inflammation? I don't recall how they helped, but know they did.

I also take Gilhams Calm (magnesium) every day. Not all mag. will help,

this one is so readily available, it really does wonders for that feeling of my

skin hurting if anything touches it, and things like that. I also moved to FL, a

very warm climate took away about 50%, and I can function now. That's how bad it

was - of course, my family loves it too!

Hope this helps,

Susi
