Hi Dee,

In response to your probiotic question, this depends on the age of the child, as

far as dosage goes giving probiotics to a kid. I recommend different amounts of

each capsule depending on how young the child is. Always keep that in mind, and

of course you'd only have to give it to your little one once a day.

Definitely start any supplement slow. We started with 1/2 capsule Trienza at

each meal(or you could do once a day) and increase until you find what works for

your child. Especially with probiotics, vit C, magnesium- which can all cause

diahrea if given too much.
