Guest guest
Hi, We're trying to get our daughter " regular " and one suggestion her I asked her doctor about was Benefiber. When I looked at the label, however, it is wheat-based but claims to be gluten free, at least to the European standard? I'm wondering if it's wise for us, as our daughter is both on the GFCF diet (opioids) and was IgG sensitive to wheat when we tested her before taking gluten out of her diet? If we can't use it, what might we use? I'm not about to go back to Miralax, but she's having trouble with no bms and then blowouts: lots of little ones that come out with noise and force. Thanks for your help.
