Feast Without Yeast

Has anyone read this book or done this diet? I found this interesting

article about the writer and I think I'm going to get the book tomorrow

and start it. He says the SCD is not designed for killing yeast, but

for food intolerances and that anyone with yeast problems shouldn't do

it.
