Hi!

My name is Chrislyn and I have a 9yo son with Asperger's. I am interested in

trying to make some changes in his diet plan or adding enzymes. Currently we

are on an unrestricted food plan.

Do I start with glucose free/casein free first and than add enzymes? Or do I

try the enzymes first? Or do I do both of them together? When he was 4yo, we

did wheat free/dairy free and that seemed to help. At this point I am willing

to try anything to try to help my son. Thank you for any input you may have.

Either way is fine.

Hi Chrislyn,

On this website, http://www.enzymestuff.com/basicsstepbystep.htm it gives

exactly what you're asking for... a step by step guide to help when we really

don't know where to begin. There really isn't an exact way of doing it. If you

do some research on that site too (enzymestuff.com) it's great, you'll find

several recommendations as far as enzymes go as well.

Hope this helps :) Feel free to ask any questions, I'm here.
