Guest guest
I have been going crazy trying to figure out why my son's complexion is grey. He looks so sick. He has dark red circles around his eyes as well. Besides his " death " looking complexion he is doing great. This complexion thing seems to start in late October and run right through the winter months. Spring is around the corner and I am hoping that some sun will help. Does anyone have any ideas? I know his Vit D is with in the low end of the reference range and it is being addressed. He does not seem to have obvious symptoms of seasonal allergies but we have started Singulair and it seems to be helping a bit. I know that he has really bad gut dysbiosis and I have been working on healing his gut for years. I wish I knew what was going on. He really does look sick. We just got back his blood ammonia and it is elevated. We started using charcoal once a day to help with that. Our DAN gave us a script for lactulose to bring down his ammonia. Has anyone tried this with success and no side effects? Could the ammonia be causing the grey skin color? I would love any suggestions or advice. TIA, Dayna
