WE use Doctors CALM Magnesium with Calcium. The powder you dissolve in

warm water.... It takes a few day to get my 6yr old on cycle, YOu would

think they would be going all the time, but once we use it 3 times a day,

it took about 3 days to start her going , and then everyday , till she was

going everyday in about 2 weeks. But that is keeping up with the 3 x day

regimin...

Good luck.

we make our own juice from juicer, or use juicy juice.

is 6, and we use both the unflavored or raspberry lemon... If your

child is older, they can swallow a magnesium capsule for regularity as

well.

We've had to try everything too at our house. Vitamin C, magnesium, Oxypowder,

they all got results eventually, but the only sure way we addressed it was when

we added digestive enzymes and then treated the underlying conditions of the

gut. For my son it was bacteria. Others it can be yeast or viruses. I used

Biocidin. Once I had things flowing, I keep it up with lots of Vitamin C and

magnesium.

At my house, it depended on why my son was constipated. The three most common

causes of constipation are magnesium deficiency, vitamin C deficiency, and yeast

overgrowth. So depending on the reason for the constipation, I would give the

appropriate remedy.

For my son it was combination of things. We had yeast and bacteria issues, so

we use Virusstop and Candidaise/Candex as well as GSE, OLE, mag citrate, Sacc B,

and LOTS of probiotics. None of them alone fixed the problem but ther

combination of all has kept him going once a day for over a year. Still havent

eliminated the yeast, but its controllable at this point.
