Hi all,

My 11yr old simply cannot focus at all. He is not hyper but definitely ADD, on

top of ASD.

I am at wits' end.

Can you share with me what has helped with your child's focus ? Please include

brand names and dosage you are using.

I've been doing some preliminary reading on zinc and have been doing a trial of

it with my daughter. She tested low for zinc and we're hoping it will help, but

it's a bit too early to tell. We're doing 30 mg of it.

acetyl l-carnitne 1,000 mg/day

Addressing food allergies/intollerances helped with reducing inflammation

overall. Best thing we're doing so far is neurofeedback.

My ADD needed B vitamins, vitamin C & D, biotin, mito cocktail, and a few other

things.

parents have also tried Focus Formula and/or Brightspark from Native Remedies ?

We tried it on 2 kids for a month back in November/December. I think there is

something of value to it. We did decide to take a break because we needed to do

2 treatments and could not really evaluate them fairly. We'll probably give it

another try in about a month or so.
