Guest guest
>>> What are some of the best natural anti-inflammatories (including any that are enzymes)? Thanks! Protease enzymes are excellent natural anti-inflammatories. In this capacity, bromelain works, so does papain. Then there are a number of enzyme blends specifically for this type of thing and not intended for food digestion. If you know what may be causing the inflammation, you can select a product based on the original illness, such as crohns, arthritis, muscle pain. Here are some to consider: - ViraStop - all around great for 'I don't really know what is causing this' situation - Repair Gold - focuses on inflammation with bromelain, papain, serratiopeptidase, and catalase - Wobenzym - pancreatin blend plus other things, long-standing product used for inflammation - Vital-Zyme & Vital-Zyme Seb from World Nutrition (completely different from the Vital- Zyme from Klaire Labs which is for food digestion) - SerraGold, or other strong serratiopeptidase product - Natto-K, or other strong nattokinase NSK-SD product An herbal anti-inflammatory people have told me they had good experience with is Zyflamend (New Chapter) . I know my son has some issues...and so does hubby....what would you reccommend so I can start looking at them. Thanks Ronni PS We already do several other things....C, clay, aloe and need something to really help.
