For my 4yo, teeth grinding was due to mineral deficiency. I'm not sure which

one, but I don't think it's calcium or magnesium as he's getting supplements

for both.

It started when I stopped his multivitamins w/ minerals because I wanted to

switch brands. 2 nights later I heard him grind a few times. I started him

on Catalyn by Standard Process (at my chiropractor's office), and it stopped

that night.

For me, I have no clue, but I have a feeling it's due to some mineral

deficiency. I wear a nightguard, so I don't know if I'm still grinding now

(most likely am).

Is he being chelated or anything? How about yeast overgrowth? I don't think

my son was absorbing a lot of nutrients due to yeast overgrowth in his gut.
