Each capsule is 5000mcgs? How well does your son tolerate meds and

supps? The reason I ask is because my son tolerates them really well

and I started him off at 1000 mcgs. Over the last week we've worked

up to 3000 mcgs and he is also 4 years old and 47 lbs. I know some

people start at 500 mcgs and work from there. I usually raise supps

like biotin when he's gone a few days and is handling them without

too many side effects!. Hope this helps!

5000mcg is really high -- I'd put that bottle back in the cupboard

for awhile. I started at 500mcg but have now increased to 2000-

3000mcg per day. I think Dana went up to 10,000mcg?
