Guest guest
My son has never reacted to phenols before, no dark circles, red ears etc. We ran out of Biotin at Christmas & in the last couple days started him back on GSE as his yeast behaviours came back. He's taking about 4 drops per day for 4 days. This was to be the last day. (Yeast behaviors are gone again yah!) Tonight, we noticed he has red/black eyes, super hyper, whiny, not listening. He gets No-Fenol with each meal, epsom salt baths most nights, always when on GSE. Any thoughts on why a sudden phenol reaction? I gave him a 20 minute bath with a No-Fenol and the redness went away by the end of the bath. (he was starting to glow red, really) He ate today: envirokidz panda puffs, vance's darifree milk (maybe 1 cup total), corn/quinoa pasta, chocolate muffin, apple (high phenol-I know, oops), potatoes, and corn. Any advice is appreciated. Mom to (5, ASD) and (4, attitude!)
Guest guest
Could it be the apple or another allergy unmasked? When I started my son on the GFCF diet I started replacing with foods with corn in them. He started regressing - hyperactivity, whiny, started itching and scratching. It turned out he was allergic to the corn. > > My son has never reacted to phenols before, no dark circles, red ears > etc. We ran out of Biotin at Christmas & in the last couple days > started him back on GSE as his yeast behaviours came back. > > He's taking about 4 drops per day for 4 days.
