Guest guest
Thanks!! Now I just have to figure out how many of those capsules equal 1/4 tsp of the bulk powder. Guest guest
I just ordered it myself on Friday from HNI. The woman I spoke with said they just got it last week. I was in the process of ordering all 3 enzymes (zyme prime, AFP and no-fenol) and she told me about it. I'm all for less pills if possible! Donna > > I posted this earlier, but it disappeared? Guest guest
okay all....got our TriEnza in the mail on Thursday and started it on Friday night. First thing she noticed was the color (it's lighter), so she immediately thought it was something new. She had a strong adversion to the taste...to me it tastes better than the AFP and ZP mixed....but I have always thought that the NF tastes horrible....so maybe that is what that is all about. We open our caps and she taks them mixed in water. As far as ease goes....waaaay easier than all the caps combined to take it down to 2 caps per meal and snacks. Love it so far, if you haven't done so, I say get some quick!! It may be I was looking for something, but she had happy child syndrome all weekend, which was sure nice for a change if you know what I mean. Just my 2 cents worth! R. Guest guest
That is my understanding. I did call them and the women I spoke with said mid-month, but they can't guarantee ~ I went ahead and got the current Trienza and then next bottle switch over ~ if there if any to be had I have a feeling they will be flooded with requests! Guest guest
Does anyone know if there are plans to make a Trienza chewable in the near future?
Guest guest
Not that I know of but you could just give two of each of the regular kind. That is what we do but for some reason ours only likes the " purple ones " that are the Peptizide. Wont' touch the Zyme Prime or No-fenol chewable purely based on color! Waiting patiently on the new Trienza capsule! Guest guest
I wrote to Houston's directly about Trienza and other questions. I will definetely purchase it when it is reformulated. Here is their reply: " Another option would be to try the TriEnza when it's reformulated and released in January. It will have 1 AFP, 1 Zyme Prime, and 1/2 No-Fenol (Xylanase) in a 2-capsule dose. " Hope this helps you out! Heleni Hanisco <chanisco@...> wrote: Does anyone know if there are plans to make a Trienza chewable in the near future? Guest guest
yes. they do plan to come out with a chewable soon. that is what they told me a couple months ago. they likely will not come out with it in powder form, however. But I mix the powders in the ratio I use for my son so it is really not necessary. we use the chewables when we are out of hte house, so i would like to try the trienze chewable when it is out. Guest guest
I read on the website that TriEnza only has 1/5 the DPPIV activity of the Peptizyde. If I understand this whole enzyme thing correctly, the DPPIV is what helps digest the components of milk and wheat that are troublesome, and is the main reason I was using the Peptizide. So I'm not using the TriEnza for that reason. Guest guest
---------- Forwarded message ---------- From: Devin Houston <devin.houston@...> Date: Fri, Mar 7, 2008 at 11:41 AM Subject: TriEnza clfulford@... Hi ; Someone forwarded your postings to me about the TriEnza. I want to make sure you understand that the first batch of TriEnza was not what we had in mind. And that the " new " TriEnza that has been available for the past 2 months is the same as 1 AFP, 1 Zyme Prime and 1/2 No-Fenol. The DPP IV levels are the same. Sorry for any confusion on our part, please feel free to call and speak to me if you have any other questions. Guest guest
No fenol wasn't a miracle worker in our house but like you said about the Epsom salts that has been our best defense too. > > after years of being off all artifical colors, flavors and preservatives for nearly 3 years (taking No-fenol for fenol foods) he only recently has been able to handle occasional exposure to artifical colors & flavors. I do use TriEnza, but prefer the 3 seperate ezymes, seem to work better when I can tailor the amt of each to what he is eating. I use TriEnza out of the house, and it is what the school nurse gives him for lunch. My son has always needed more No-Fenol that recommended. Epsom salt baths have been our best defense against infractions, and chlorine. > > We were off all the above and using enzymes for over 1.5 years (with great results) before we removed gluten. We saw major improvements taking out wheat/gluten, esp with constipation and sensory seeking. After being off it for about a year, we allowed small infractions and are currently allowing more (with enzymes) with only minor reactions at times.  > > HTH > denice > > > > > ________________________________ > From: mercier.angie <amercier@...> > > Sent: Sunday, August 30, 2009 12:52:12 PM > Subject: TriEnza > > We are all organic and dairy free using CLO and have seen more miracles that I can explain! Guest guest
My understanding is the two enzymes are for assistence in breaking down gluten, casien.+ half dose no fenol This is how it is described in one place, I know I have read more but my brain is fried right now. > > > Does anyone have severe additive reaction? Guest guest
She is complaining of tummy hurting. today I only did about 1/4 before lunch and dinner rather than a whole one at one time. > > > > > Does anyone have severe additive reaction? Guest guest
> > No kidding Dana? How did you give it? It's all the additives even natural ones. I used capsules. B1 allowed us to eat artificial colors and flavors, MSG, and nitrates. Before B1 those things caused MAJOR headaches and other problems. B1 also eliminated our tendency to be mosquito magnets, and to have mosquito bites that swelled up into huge welts. After B1, no more bites.
