Dictionary for biomed supplements?

Does anyone know if there is a good Dictionary type book for supplements that

would be used for biomed (even if it isn't specifically for biomed/autism, but

discusses the supplements/herbs that are used for biomed?)

The type of info I am looking for is one that lists the supplement/herb... than

lists its uses and suggested dosages per body weight.

One that had a section listing symptoms that you could look up the possible

remediies as well would be great.

Is there some book that people refer to when trying to augment their protocol

for their child, or at least to try different things.

I just think I don't really see my son's Dan dr that often, so she doesn't

really know my sons ever changing needs that well. If I had a reference book to

get ideas from I think it would be really helpful. Also, I have trouble doing

research on the internet, as I am very untechy, and don't know what sources to

trust, or even how to find good sources.
