I used ALA only, so you can certainly try it.

Some kids do better with the combination of ALA and DMSA.

Not in my opinion, altho some people prefer to remove the toxicity from the

body, with DMSA, before addressing the toxicity in the brain, in case the ALA

pulls metals from the body and potentially leaves them in the brain. I never

saw signs of that happening with my kids, or myself, tho.
