Guest guest
For me, memory and brain fog are partially about viruses (I have active HHV-6 infection), but also about yeast and bad bacteria in the gut. Addressing viruses has really helped the brain function and I am also doing some supplements to rebuild lost function (including phosphotidyl serine, sp?). -Sierra > > Dana, and anyone else that might know. I saw your post on lysine and warts and it got me thinking that I might have an underlying viral issue as I have had a wart on my finger for at least 6 years, and fought little flat warts on my legs since I was 14. Also, someone mentioned to me that since my segs and lymphs are always off on my bloodwork that I may have a viral issue. > Question is: Is it safe to take lysine when trying to get pregnant and during pregnancy? Also, would this possibly help with my memory and brain fog?? > Thanks, > >

Guest guest
I also have a question on this one. I have a daughter with Downs Syndrome. She is about 38 and her cognitive skills seem to be decreasing. She seems to be in a fog. Also has had problems with warts for about 5 years. The dermotologist has tried freezing them, but to no avail. At the moment she has a large one on her knee and a small one on her finger. Would lysine be a good idea for her. Also, I have started having skin tags and a few small moles on my upper body, mostly neck. Is this related? What causes these? Thanks for your help. D. I don't really know, I think I would wait until you don't need the lysine any more. The idea of viruses coming out of the body while at the same time you are pregnant, does not sound like a good combination to me. But if you stop the lysine too early, the virus will repopulate, and that is not good either. Dana

Lysine was the only thing that eliminated warts here. They increased at first, while the virus was coming out. Then they decreased and eventually disappeared. > Also, I have started having skin tags and a few small moles on my upper body, mostly neck. Is this related? What causes these? I eliminated skin tags with cysteine. Not sure about moles. Dana
Guest guest
Did you take cysteine by mouth or was it something you put on directly? Also, how much cycteine and how often? Guest guest
Thanks. I'll try it. I read in the other post about milk. Drink milk or eat yogurt about twice a week. I'll keep that in mind as well. Is this called l-cysteine? Do you take any other amino acids? Don't know much about this stuff, as you can tell. D. Yes, I needed to use a general amino [i used whey protein powder] and also specific individual aminos to address specific issues.
