Forgot to ask this on the last question. I want to get rid of the overgrowth

with both me and my daughter. I figure knock out two birds with one stone and

I'll take the probio and it will go thru my milk but then I'm thinking wait,

isn't yeast needed for milk production? My milk is not coming in as much since

starting the probio. Uh oh, should I not get rid of yeast on me just yet and

just give her the probio directly?

TIA!

LaLecheLeague is a great source of breastfeeding information, including use of

supplements while nursing:

It should be noted that non-dairy probiotics are safest for wee ones.

Additionally, recent studies show using probiotics during pregnancy and during

nursing may reduce the risk of childhood eczema by 50%.
