Guest guest
What about beans? Tammy What is the best fiber? I want to take fiber, but I am allergic to guar gum, acacia fiber, and gluten. I am dealing with yeast right now, and I need something to move this through. How does Psyllium work if there is an overgrowth of yeast? I read a woman's post on another website and she stated that the Psyllium made her bowel movements fluffy like. That sent up a red flag for me, and i wanted to make sure that Psyllium doesn't increase yeast. If psyllium doesn't work for me, then what other fibers are low- allergen but effective? paula

I may try the psyllium husks. I am just so afraid of giving the yeast anything to eat. a
