Starting mB12 shots - what side effects to look for?

Hi,

We re starting mB12 shots in a few days. We have used sublingual for a

few weeks, with no real change. What are the main side effects after

beginning? I have a high functioning kid, who is already chatty, social

and sleeps through the night (after many years of hard work for all

those things) so I don't want to mess him up!!!! But our doc was very

persuasive about starting them for 3 weeks as a trial.If he's already

on Diflucan and probiotics does he need anything else for yeast?

we did not have any side effects. we have seen nothing but positive things.

our son is also high functioning and always been verbal but became more socially

aware and putting together much more complex sentences and thought together. It

has been great. Good luck.

B12 required folic acid and carnitine here, for proper absorption, so

you might need to supplement those.

It also tended to increase yeast.
