ONLY if a person has been diagnosed with a Zinc Deficieny and according to NIH a deficieny of Zinc is not common in N.america Andy Culter a pharmaicst began the Zinc craze; I say B-Vits. better; andy cutler is a pharmacist out of Canada; the chocie is yours; follow Andy or follow Office of Supplements !
