Zinc causing reduced Immune function is not good in Flu season!

and Zinc causes Nasea; vomitting; who would recommend Zinc?

ONLY if a person has been diagnosed with a Zinc Deficieny and according

to NIH a deficieny of Zinc is not common in N.america

Andy Culter a pharmaicst began the Zinc craze; I say B-Vits. better;

andy cutler is a pharmacist out of Canada;

the chocie is yours; follow Andy or follow Office of Supplements !

I just wanted parents to be aware; Zinc does cause stomach prob.
