What to start with 1st OLE or Virastop?

In a couple of weeks, I plan to start antivirals with my two boys. & nbsp; I keep

reading great things about OLE these days. & nbsp; I had planned to start with

Virastop but now wondering if I should start with OLE and then later add

virastop. & nbsp; Any advice? & nbsp; I know the virastop & nbsp; protocol from the Go

with your Gut book. & nbsp; But what is the protocol for OLE? & nbsp; Does it

strongly stir up yeast as well? & nbsp;

Would love lots of suggestions so that I will be prepared in two weeks. & nbsp;

Brands, dosages especially for 36 pounders.
