We use " Oranic Clear Fiber " that I get at our local HFS. I use 3/8-1/2 t per

day and he usually goes poop within an hour or so. He tended to hold it in so

his ped said to add fiber. He said to find a natural one my son would tolerate.

this mixes so easily into juice and states on the bottle it is free of wheat,

gluten and corn (among other things).

the website on the bottle is www.renewlife.com

Organic Clear Fiberâ„¢ $12.99 - $19.99

100% organic acacia fiber

5 grams fiber per serving

Flavor-free, grit-free

Will not thicken or gel

Psyllium-free, gluten-free

Sugar-free, diabetic-friendly

Organic Clear Fiberâ„¢ is a clear-mixing natural fiber supplement made with only

100% acacia fiber. Acacia is a natural soluble fiber that dissolves completely

in liquids and soft foods without changing their taste or texture. Unlike

psyllium-based fiber products that can dehydrate the bowel and cause abdominal

discomfort, Organic Clear Fiber is psyllium-free.
