Guest guest
Yes, anyone who would have info on this, please explain. We have 3 of us on Houston Enzymes and it's about cost prohibitive. > > Do folks here use ACV before meals to replace enzymes? Or would anyone care to comment along this line, please? It did not replace enzymes here, but it was helpful for other reasons, especially yeast control. Dana
Guest guest
If not to aid digestion, then for what reasons? And how does one know when to stop taking ACV. Any other ACV info is appreciated. Thanks! Oh, also, does ACV harm tooth enamel? > > Do folks here use ACV before meals to replace enzymes? Or would anyone care to comment along this line, please? Guest guest
How did you use it for yeast control? How much? How often? Given at same time as other yeast protocol? Still effective when heated (if added to recipes)? Thanks, > > Do folks here use ACV before meals to replace enzymes? Or would anyone care to comment along this line, please? Guest guest
Is it drinkable? If it doesn't replace enzymes but kills yeast, do you have to separate the timing of enzymes and ACV? > > > > Do folks here use ACV before meals to replace enzymes? Guest guest
> How did you use it for yeast control? How much? How often? Given at same time as other yeast protocol? Yeast likes an acid environment. ACV alkalinizes the body. So therefore yeast won't grow. It is also good to give alkaline foods http://www.thewolfeclinic.com/acidalkfoods.html >> Still effective when heated (if added to recipes)? I don't think it works well if heated.
