Results were: negative for Celiac disease (bloodwork) Enterolab - showed that he had a *sensitivity* to gluten Has anyone else have the same results?? Could enzymes for gluten be a possibility *IF* the enterolab test showed sensitivity?? We have been GFCF for 1 year with some improvements and now I want to try introducing more foods to him with enzymes. thank you michelle
Guest guest
Dr. Rodney Ford of New Zealand has written some books about gluten sensitivity and how it is different from celiac disease. His books are not easy to find in north america, you can order them from NZ. I'm dying to get my hands on them. He's known as Dr. Gluten. cath

Guest guest
I didn't know enterolab specializes in gluten allergy testing. Dr. Ford says there are 2 tests that should be done to determine gluten problems. Did you check out _www.drgluten.com_ (http://www.drgluten.com) ? He also has some youtube videos. He's quite fun to listen to. cath
