Election day Nov 3rd - holiday? (urgent)

Hi,

We were going to send some stool samples to the Great Plains tomorrow,

but I just saw that Nov 3d is a holiday. Now I'm wondering whether

we should do it tomorrow or a day later. Is Nov 3rd also a holiday (election

day)

in Kansas and Illinois?

If it's so then the GPL and Doctors Data are closed, I guess.

Can somebody help me? I couldn't find anything about holidays

on their website and I can't call them tomorrow because of time difference.

We live in Europe.
