Sensory regression!!! Yeast? Hormones? Phenyols? Help!!

Hi all,

I am trying to figure why my son, who was doing so great in many aspects due to

all the biomedical help he's had, has now for the past 3 months been seriously

regressing w/ regard to sensory issues.

He's always had a lot of sensory issues (noise, scratchy fabrics, over sensitive

to pain, etc.), but now after making much progress in this area, he suddenly has

regressed!

Now he cannot stand even the seams in his shirts. To the point that he gets so

distracted that he just cannot participate in  school sometimes! ALL his

clothes--no matter how soft, etc. drive him nuts. He says his pants are too

heavy, his shoes are too hard. His hair on the pillow at night bothers him....

etc. etc. etc.!! Also noise is very bothersome to him right now also.

Anyhow, while of course we can try to help him from a behavioral standpoint, I

am looking for any insight at all from a biomedical standpoint as to why this is

suddenly happening????!

Could it be hormonal? (he is five just turning 6, just discovering his penis in

a big way!)  Could it be the anti-viral protocol we are now doing (very high

doses of elderberry, monolaurin, silver collidal, policosonol, moducare, etc.)

There are a lot of phenyols in some of the anti-viral herbs and he does react to

those but we need to do this protocol. Could the sensory overload be related to

phenoyls?

Is this simply a yeast symptom (I've not heard much about skin sensitivity

specifically before??)

Please, any help here at all is greatly appreciated. It's terrible to see him

suffering so much and it is affecting every aspect of his life, social, school,

everything!

BTW, last question here: has anyone had success with using the HANDLE face

tapping technique for sensory issues? (see here for more info:

Many thanks in advance!
