Guest guest
Hi...My 17 month old son has Klebsiella and Citrobacter at 4+ levels from stool tests and Lactobacillus is at " no growth " but bifidobacterium is 4+. He is chewing on everything these days and we thought it was teething at first but the doctor thinks it is the bacteria that is causing this habit. We are adding in more Lactobacillus probiotics but we need to try to kill the bacteria without using antibiotics. The doctor said to try Uva Ursi but I cannot find a liquid version without alcohol in it. Also, I heard it tastes really bad. Can anyone please recommend the Uva Ursi products they have used...liquid or capsule form where I can mix the contents into juice. Also, any recommendations on how you administered it to mask the strong taste? Thank you, Shani
