Guest guest
We've used Bio-Kult (sells from GAPS diet " store " ), now Culturelle, but nothing seems to have any effect on my 2 12 yr old dds. They are on Houston enzymes and many other supplements, also. I'll look up Threelac, and sometimes other probiotics that people mention, but they're always so expensive. What are some really good ones to try that aren't so expensive? We're spending a fortune on all these things ( & I recently had cancer surgery & am taking more expensive things, too). Thanks, > > Hi Everyone, > > Has anyone used Threelac(probiotic) ? I gave my son some Threelac the other day and he developed a rash on his face. Thanks, >> Personally, both my father and I were sensitive to Houston Lab enzymes and were not helped by them. We were also sensitive/intolerant of all probiotics. We seem to be doing a lot better on Enyzmedica enzymes, though there are definitely adjustment reactions (I think due to yeast die-off --especially on the GlutenEase). We started with 1/4 Digest Basic and after a few weeks reached full capsule and then started with 1/4 GlutenEase. Later, we may increase to Digest Gold (the one without probiotics) -- more potent -- or add Carbgest. Maybe we will tolerate probiotics later, but maybe we won't need them. The Epsom salts also helped us both a lot. _http://www.enzymestuff.com/epsomsalts.htm_ (http://www.enzymestuff.com/epsomsalts.htm) Joyce
