For my son, the underlying cause of why his body could not control yeast, was metal toxicity, latent viruses, and biotin deficiency. Once those issues were resolved, his body was able to control yeast. If your child needs a special diet, definitely consider metal toxicity first. I chelated my kids with ALA.
