Help...what to do for constipation??

30lb 3yr old boy is really constipated. I don't like using Miralax for kids.

For the first time ever I see a bit of blood in his diaper...but no bowel

movements.

Not sure of the cause??? I'm assuming either something he's eating or a

supplement. He has had gluten foods here and there...very small amounts and I

think I've read about blood in stool before???

He is also taking...on and off...Enhansa, biotin+magnesium, Klaire's probiotics,

digestive enzymes kirkman's, no-phenol enzymes, and I think that is it??
