Could be potassium. Good sources of potassium are potatoes (sweet is best),

bananas, and avocados. You don't want to supplement potassium since it can

mess with heart rhythms (that and they only sell tiny dosage in the US

because of the danger).

It could be imbalance of minerals, so I would try calcium as well especially

if he's CF and SF. If he drinks rice milk, it only contains vitamin D2 which

is not as effective as D3. Too much magnesium can deplete calcium levels

also.

I'm sure others will think of something else!

At my house, this meant mineral deficiency [usually magnesium and

potassium] and B vitamin deficiency. Sometimes related to yeast.

Most of those tend to increase yeast, and probiotics alone might not

be enough.

Could it be " growing pains " ? I know I had those as a kid...they were

really, really bad for me. But, just a few years ago I found that

kids with flat-feet, those with no arches such as myself, are the only

ones that experience growing pains. Geez...I'm feeling them now

writing about them...oh my. So, it could be that, assuming your child

has flat-feet.
