Guest guest
What about salads for lunch and dinner, no snacks and an omelets for breakfast or some egg dish? Steak and eggs? Most restaurants should be able to accommodate that request Nita (crew chief) and the crew: 15, Jon 13, 11, 9, 6, Christian (7/16/03 to 8/22/04), 2 and Isaac, 2/3/08 http://momof6.dotphoto.com <http://momof6.dotphoto.com/> for not necessarily current pictures http://nitasspot.blogspot.com Learn from the mistakes of others. Depending on the butter...some brands use MSG as a means of providing salt to " salted butter " . MSG is a big trigger for my migraines. Although I do not have tics the headache and dizziness are common migraines symptoms for me. > Is there anything that could help her more? I started with 2 in am, 2 in pm. During times when things were bad I increased to 3 and 3. I hope she has a great time on her trip! Guest guest
Her reaction to the potato/butter sounds like a histamine reaction, and the seasonal allergies made me think that too, have you tested her blood histamine levels? I feel like a broken record responding the same thing to so many posts lately, but I am just learning about histadelia (high blood histamine levels, caused by under-methylation) and it is a perfect fit for my family, and there's that saying " when you get a new hammer, everything looks like a nail " -Sierra > > > > My daughter has been on a strict GFCF diet for a little over a year > > now. Guest guest
No commercial salad dressings are allowed within her limited " allowed " list ... however perhaps I could fudge on that and at least make it gfcfsf dressing. And suggestions? She unfortunately can't do eggs at all ... Thanks. I was just hoping some really strong enzymes might help her to be less miserable and help with the boat loads of mucus she gets with eating wrong foods... and with the tics she gets.
