We too use Oxy Powder and it has been a savior. We also use

Natural

Calm Plus.

My son, now 14, used to have the same problem. We were using Senna

at the time, but it was staining his colon and the GI suspected that

wasnt good in the long run. I came across natural Calm Plus and

started him on that. It helped and then I came across people using

Oxy Powder and added it to the regime and the two products have done

the trick. He gets Natural Calm Plus in the am and OxyPowder before

he goes to bed.
