Guest guest
We have a five year old with moderate to severe Autism and no speech. Gluten free diet is only for snacks (because of severe picky eater) and we give him the Digestive enzymes for meals. We have noticed and so have many other people that his attention is so much improved with the enzymes but we can not get his stools to become normal. They are always very mushy. We have done stool testing and we are giving one probiotic (which bothers him too)slowly into his diet. We have two others to start after we get him settled on these two things. My question is have other people noticed improved on the digestive enzymes and having the same problem with very mushy stools? I really do not want to stop them again because his attention is better. I have cut back the amount I'm giving him to see if this will help.
