Thanks for posting this- I just had the same test done and had some of

the same questions. So, it sounds like the results are on a scale of

1 to 3? I tested a 3 with garlic of all things!! Also, it sounds

like to test allergic the person had to have been exposed recently?

My son has been casein free for several years and he tested allergic

to milk. Maybe I need to call them myself!
