Guest guest
I have a 4 year old that has a diet high in dairy foods like yogurt and soft cheese and milk. He is PPD-NOS and has a high oral aversion so he will only eat specific foods made a specific way and because of this his diet is limited to the above as well as some homemade soups. I would like to try starting him on enzymes as I heard great stories from people who have autistic children but I don't know which ones and how much and if they will be okay to use with the diet he has. Can anyone help. I don't want to put him on a GFCF diet because that will eliminate most of what he eats so my BIG question is can I use the enzymes regardless of if he is on the GFCF diet? Thanks Kathy
