Guest guest
I would give the Lysine for about a month; if no side reactions; and then continue maybe 2 or 3 capsules a week; then I would do the Olive Leaf Extract the same way; give for amonth; then give every other day; also add; Vitamin B6 tablets @ 10 mgs. to 50 mgs. for seven days; then reudce dose to 1 vit. b6 pill every few days or so; Vitamin B6 and GARLIC are two ways I know of to beat epstien barr; ana ps Vit. c is a must to destroy any flu virus bacteria or germ; and yes; these nutreints should be given for atleast 1 yr. to wipe the germs out; but as a maintenance dose; once a week for OLE and Lysine;+ CLO > > How long do you need to give lysine for epstein barr? Guest guest
> > How long do you need to give lysine for epstein barr? Depends. I don't know exactly which herpes viruses I was dealing with, but for my #2 son, lysine brought out and then eventually eliminated body warts and plantar warts. He needed high doses of lysine for 8 months. For 2 of my other kids, lysine brought out and then eliminated a few rashes and other issues, they needed lysine for about 6 months. For myself, lysine brought out and then eliminated a molloscum contagium issue [took two months to eliminate] and then a flu issue [this started after the molloscum was gone and took about a week to resolve]. I don't know about EBV, but I would continue to take lysine until it starts causing problems. At my house, when it was no longer needed, it caused mean/aggressive behaviors, and massive heal cracks. >>Is it a life-long supplement, Not at my house. >>or will the lysine kill the EBV for good? Based on my experience, it will eliminate the EBV, but may take a while, depending on the dose you use. > Does the same apply for OLE? OLE did not seem to affect the issues we had here. Only lysine eliminated them. Dana
Guest guest
You can't really " kill " a virus, but you can impair its' ability to replicate, which is what a fully functioning immune system should do. It's possible to boost the immune system to the degree you no longer need to treat because the viral load is down to a negligible level. At any time the immune system is impaired, it is possible to see the viral load increase again. Lysine and epstein barr How long do you need to give lysine for epstein barr? Is it a life-long supplement, or will the lysine kill the EBV for good? Does the same apply for OLE? thanks, pv
